Charles A. Schneider

Charles A. Schneider, age 77, of Morrilton, passed away on Oct. 31, 2013. Mr. Schneider was born Dec. 26, 1935 in Little Rock, Ark., a son to the late Carl Schneider and Ola Marie Burton Schneider. Charles was a United States Marine Veteran, a deacon at Plumerville First Baptist Church, former deacon at 47th St. Baptist Church in North Little Rock. He retired after 37 years with Johnson and Johnson. During his past time, he enjoyed playing with the grandkids, going to church, hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Schneider; and step-son, Marcel B. Lemmer. Mr. Schneider is survived by his wife, Charlotte Watters Lemmer Schneider of Morrilton; step-son, Steven Lemmer and wife, Christina of Morrilton; daughter, Belinda Medford of Austin, Ark.; sister, Linda Saxon and husband Paul of Abilene, Texas; eight grandchildren, Marchelle, Abby, Marcel, Amity, Aubine, Abel, Jeff and Toby; two great-grandchildren, Wesley and Case. Memorial Services will be 10 a.m., Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 at Plumerville First Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Griffith officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Plumerville First Baptist Church, 303 W. Church St., Plumerville, Ark. 72127.
