Richard "Flippin" Paxson

Richard "Flippin" Paxson, 53, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, October 26th, 2013. He was born in Marshalltown, Iowa and leaves to cherish his memories, son Bradley Hopper, fiancee' Patsy Ellis, and a host of family, friends nieces and nephews.
