Buster Wayne Kitchens

Buster Wayne Kitchens, age 70, of Maumelle passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013. He was born December 6, 1942 the son of the late Taft Hendrix and Vera Mae Smith Kitchens. Buster served in the United States Army, retired after 33 years from Wal-Mart and was a member of First Church of Maumelle. Left to cherish his memory, wife of 32 years, Jackie Kitchens of Maumelle; son, Mike Bowden (Kandi) of Humble, Texas; daughters, Kellie Terry (Angela) of Sarah, Mississippi, Crystal Lamm (Spencer) of California, Missouri, Kimberly Myers (Bill) of California, Missouri, Jessica Wells (Daniel) of Flower Mound, Texas and Tonya Kitchens of Little Rock; nine grandchildren and sister, Faye Dixon. A loving husband, father and grandfather, Buster enjoyed spending time drifting on the boat at the lake with his family. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 7th from 5-6 p.m. at the First Church of Maumelle in the Family Life Center. Service will follow at 6 p.m. with Pastors Luke Conway and Wayne Jarvis officiating.
