Joann Galburth Hubbard

JOANN GALBURTH HUBBARD, 56, of Little Rock, Ark., was born Feb. 11, 1957 to the late Joe Dennis and Rosie Lee Galburth. She departed this life on Nov. 4, 2013 at 4:30 p.m., at UAMS. She confessed hope in Christ at an early age and has been a member of Greater Second Baptist Church, Little Rock, Ark., under the leadership of the late Rev. Curtis Rideout. She leaves to cherish her precious memory, husband, Gary L. Hubbard; her only daughter, Michelle L. Galburth; two grandchildren, LaDarrious Galburth, Kenteria Banks; two great-grandchildren, SaMiyah Galburth, LaDarrious Galburth Jr.; three brothers, James Galburth, Joe Galburt Jr., both of Little Rock, and Anthony Galburth of Gary, Ind.; five sisters, Reola Jones, Elizabeth Parker, Bobbie Moffett, all of Little Rock, Stella Brown, of Ohio, and Bessie Carrol, of California; and a very special friend for over 40 years, Phyillis Hurvey; a host of nieces, nephews, several special relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church, Bishop Kenneth L. Robinson, Eulogist. Interment will follow at Rest in Peace Memorial Gardens, Hensley.
