Lt. Col. (ret.) Joe H. Jamell Jr. died Nov. 12, 2013. Survivors are daughter, Jane Ann Hinkle and husband Dr. Richard Hinkle, son, David Jamell, sister, Jeanne Jamell, grandsons, Dr. Jay Hinkle, Jeff and Jon Jamell. Service 1 p.m. Nov 14, 2013 at Lewis Chapel with burial at U.S. National Cemetery.
