Inez M. Russell

Inez M. Russell, 86, of Prescott, Ark. passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 in Prescott, Ark. Mrs. Russell was born in Hope, Ark. on Jan. 15, 1927 to Irl and Nellie Jones Hurst. Mrs. Russell was a Baptist, she attended Cypress College in California where she made the President's Honor List. She was a homemaker, and a former pre-school teacher. She was devoted to her husband, children, and grandchildren, she loved to dance, attend her children's sports events and decorate. Mrs. Russell was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Russell; and brothers Harvey, Ralph, and Ira Hurst. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 66 years, Robert O. Russell; daughter Cathy Andrews (Robert) of Prescott; sisters, Flora Loe and Nellie Edwards of Prescott, Ark.; grandchildren, Todd Harvey (Misti) of Conway, Ark., Kelly Fountain (Miles) and Ryan Harvey (Tina) of Prescott, Joshua Russell of Seattle, Wash., and Cody Russell of Monterey, Calif.; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Russell will be Monday, Nov. 18, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013 2 p.m. at the Pharr Funeral Home chapel in Prescott, Ark. with Bro. Jerry Westmoreland officiating, interment to follow in Laneburg Cemetery, Laneburg, Ark.
