Charles L. "Chuck" Cater, age 76, of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 23 at Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Gaster Hill Cemetery.
