Michael "Terry" Howard

MICHAEL "TERRY" HOWARD, 64, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013. He was retired from Union Pacific Railroad and a member of Fireman and Oilers Union. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Patsy Parker Howard; son, Christopher Howard; stepson, David Parker; stepdaughter, Nikki Pickens (Chris); and two grandchildren, Bailey Pickens and Jacob Howard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Roberta Howard; three brothers, Anthony, Keith and Larry Howard; and his sister, Carolyn Howard. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ivy Chapel Cemetery, 678 Ivy Chapel Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72206.
