Mary Louise Fite Scott

Mary Louise Fite Scott, of Sparkman, Ark. passed away November 29, 2013. She was born February 11, 1929 to the late Marcus Junius Fite and the late Nell Harris Fite of Sparkman, Ark. She was a retired bookkeeper and longtime employee at Ray White Lumber Company in Sparkman. During her working career she also worked at Taylor Cotton Gin and L. L. Jacks Company in Sparkman. After retirement she became an avid quilter and found great joy in being with her grandson. She also loved to travel, sew, crochet and read. Mary Louise is preceded in death by her husband Eual G. Scott. She is survived by her daughter, Gina Scott Walsh, son-in-law, Kenneth Wayne Walsh and grandson, Andrew Scott Walsh all of Camden; one brother Lynn J. Fite of El Dorado and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Sparkman First Baptist Church with burial in Sparkman Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, November 30 from 5-8 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden.
