Ellen D. Shepherd, 58, of Helena, departed this September 27, 2013. She was born and raised in Helena, Ark. She was preceded in death by her fathers, Anderson Vaughn, Sr., Daniel Swopes, Sr.; mother Lillie Mae Swopes. She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Elijah Shepherd; children, Michael (LaTasha) Vaughn, Keith (Allyson) Vaughn, Anthony (Vifa) Cunningham, Kelvin (Tiffany) Shepherd; treasured nephew, Marcus Jones; siblings, Doris Bush, Anderson Vaughn Jr., Daniel Swopes, Jr., Edward, Gregory, Vivian, Tammi, Kenny, Jermaine, Keith Swopes, Necole Hickey; 13 grandchildren; other family and friends.
