The home going service for Henry Lee Dorn, Jr. age 64, of Little rock formerly of Malvern, Arkansas will be held Saturday, October 12, 2013, at 1 p.m. in the Deliverance Temple Church Of God In Christ. Malvern, Ark., Pastor Larry Babb will be officiating and Rev. Rex Smith will deliver the Eulogist. Burial will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors. Services are provided by Brandon's Mortuary, Inc. After graduating from the Malvern Public Schools Henry joined the United States Army and served in Vietnam where he received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service medal with Five Bronze Stars, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal with 50 Devices before receiving his Honorable discharge. He was employed with Union Pacific Railroad before becoming disabled. Henry departed this life on Saturday, October 5, 2013 in the Baptist Health Medical Center, Little Rock, Arkansas. Survivors are his wife Cynthia Smith Dorn, of Little Rock, Arkansas; three sons: Tyrone Bealer, Henry Laffit Dorn III (Alicia) and Remand Pashal Dorn (Tenishia); one daughter Sonya Bealer Arnold (Aundra); one brother, Ronald Dorn; two sisters: Betty Mitchell (Clarence) and Mary Ann Cochran (Welton); cousins whom he was reared with James Pierce (Judy); Gene Pierce, and John Cooper; his Father and Mother-in-law George Miller and Florece Smith.
