William Joseph Halter

WILLIAM JOSEPH "BILLY" HALTER, age 39, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away on Friday, Aug. 23, 2013 at Little Rock, Ark. He was born on Aug. 7, 1974 in Little Rock, Ark. to his parents, Mr. James Halter and Ms. Kaye Martin. Billy was the youngest of four children. He attended Vilonia High School and graduated in 1992. Billy will be remembered by his loving children: Marley, Jakob, Abbey all of Little Rock, Ark. He is also survived by one sister, Tina (Don) Nichols of Little Rock, Ark.; and two brothers, Steven (Misti) Halter, of Hot Springs, Matthew (Kay) Kitchens of Conway, Ark;, five nieces, Ruby, Elizabeth, Piper, Lillian, Olivia; and one nephew, Jack. Predeceased in death by father, James Halter. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial visitation for Billy from at 2-4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 at 3117 Hidden Valley, Little Rock, Ark. 72212.
