Iola Phillips-Payne

Iola Phillips-Payne, 98, of Little Rock, died Thursday, August 29th, 2013. She was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church. She is survived by a sister, Ruthie M. Crutchfield of Little Rock, and a host of nieces and nephews. Family hour will be Friday, September 6th, 6-7pm, at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester, Little Rock. Funeral will be Saturday, September 7th, 11 a.m. at St. Paul Baptist Church, 2603 Commerce St., Little Rock.
