Louis C. Carroll, 76, Little Rock, departed this life September 2, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Carroll; mother, Emma York; siblings, Sylvester, Edward Jr., Mary Hellen. He leaves to cherish his memory: children, Gayle, Nita Gail, Cornelius, Mark, Byron, Curtis; siblings, Sammy Earl and Willie Mae Carroll; four grandchildren; other family and friends.
