Robert Lee Hurtt

Robert Lee Hurtt, 87 of Maumelle, died Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Robert was born November 20, 1925 in Ft. Payne, Alabama.Robert served in the US Army and worked as a contractor. He was an adored father, putting God first and family second. He always had a remodeling job going. Mr. Hurtt is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Lela Fay (Myers) Hurtt. He is survived by children JoAnn Hurst of Maumelle, Carolyn High and husband Fred of Wichita Falls, Texas, John Blake of Beebe, and Lonnie Hurtt of Maumelle; grandchildren, Brian High and Tonya Florida; and great-grandchildren Summer Florida, Dalton Florida, Ethan High, and Ell High. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Friday, September 13, 2013 at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main St., Jacksonville. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013 at the funeral home, with Tony Puckett officiating.
