Jean E. Webb, age 85, of Mena, Ark., passed away Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013 in Mena. Funeral services will be Monday, Sept. 16, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Beasley-Wood Chapel under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
