David B. Fletcher

David B. Fletcher, 75, of Mabelvale, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on September 24, 2013. He was born June 27, 1938 in Sherril, Arkansas to the late Thomas Lee Fletcher and Beulah Enoch Fletcher. He was a salesman for Capitol Welding Supply. He was a member of the American Welding Society and Elks Lodge North Little Rock #1004. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and everything outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Clara Monahan Fletcher; four brothers, Charles, Roy, Dan, Thomas and sister, Juanita Anderson. He is survived by sons, Larry Fletcher (Cheryl) of Alexander; Gary Fletcher of Mabelvale; daughter, Dorothy Jean Staggs (Kendall) of White Hall; stepson, Glenn Alexander; stepdaughters, Lisa Scribner, Darlene Tracy, Pamela Miller, Dawn Warren; five grandchildren, Candace, Shane, Courtney, Spencer, Catherine and brother, Don Fletcher. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the gazebo of Pinecrest Memorial Park with Brother Bobby King officiating. The family would like to thank the ICU nursing staff at St. Vincent, doctors, Mary Searcy, Bob Searcy and Fred Meadors for their loving care of David through his illness.
