Ernestine Ward

Ernestine Parker Ward, age 67, of Benton, passed away Monday, March 31, 2014. She was born November 11, 1946 in Benton, Arkansas. Mrs. Ward was a graduate of Benton High School and a charter member of Discover the Joy Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Parker and a nephew, Cody Parker. She is survived by her husband, Ferman Ward; mother, Betty Brown and husband Calvin; four children, Trevor Ward and wife Kim, Michelle Cullen and husband Michael, Chris Ward and Brandy Ward and fiancée Jason; brother, Travas Parker and wife Judy and their family; four grandchildren, Rustin and wife Andrea, Noah, Stephanie and Matthew and two great-grandchildren, Amrey and Kyler. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 2 at Ashby Funeral Home. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 3 at Ashby Funeral Home.
