BETTY R. DOWL 89, of North Little Rock, Ark. passed away April 1, 2014 surrounded by her family. Loving memories left to children, Otis Banks and Joyce (Jesse) Brewer; siblings, Lee (Juanita) Williams all of North Little Rock, Ark., and Calvin Berry of Los Angeles, Calif.; grandchildren, Kindra, Kameron (Octavian), Kandace, Kanon, and Breanna; four great-grandchildren.
