Alice A. Wagner, 79, of Thida, departed this life Thursday, April 10, 2014. She was born May 14, 1934 to Joseph and Lillie Shannon and enjoyed spending time with her husband and family. She was preceded in death by one daughter; Debbie Hightower, parents; Joseph and Lillie Shannon, one sister; Betty Payne, and one brother; Charles Shannon.
Her survivors are her husband of 47 years; Anthony Wagner, Sr. of Thida, three sons; Dean Addington of Thida, Jerry Addington (Sue) of Oil Trough, Joe Wagner (Rebecca) of Indiana, one stepson; Anthony Wagner, Jr. of California, one daughter; Mary Oldham of Indiana, one step-daughter; Kathi Lazo Wagner of Thida, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and special friend; Terry Joe Foster of Thida.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:30-6:00 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2014 and 5-8 p.m. Monday, April 14, 2014 at Dillinger Funeral Home.
