ROSE MARIE "ROSIE" DUNHAM born Feb. 13, 1927, passed away April 12, 2014 at her home. Rose was the daughter of Judge Quinn and Marie Glover she was born and raised in Little Rock, Ark. Rose graduated from Little Rock High School in the class of 1944 and then attended Ouachita Baptist University as a pre-law student until she met and married Leon Dunham in 1947 and entered the world of homemaking and volunteering, for which she was known so well. Rosie was a longtime member of Pulaski Heights Baptist Church. Rosie was preceeded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Thomas Quinn. She is survived by her daughters, April(John) Lane & Leann Broadway of Little Rock and Nancy(Rusty) Taylor of Hernando, Miss.; grandchildren, Jay(Angie) Lane, Kimberly(Mike) Pierce, Courtney(Kyle) Hodge, Ryan(Shannon) Taylor, Chad(Amber) Broadway and Whitney Broadway; eight and a half great-grandchildren; her "other daughters", Debbie Tillery, Betty Farrar, and Amy Hudson; and a host of cousins and friends. The family would like to thank DeeDee, Mary, Judy, Kitty and Jim from Baptist Hospice for providing a caring and peaceful environment for the last few months and a very special thank you to Amy Hudson, Rosie's caregiver for the past five years, for her loving care and support. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Pulaski Heights Baptist Church with Dr. Randy L. Hyde officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014 from 5:30-7:30 also at Pulaski Heights Baptist Church.
