Edna Irene Baker

Edna Irene Baker, 87, of Fordyce, Ark., died in Raleigh, N.C., surrounded by her family on April 18. She was born on February 9, 1927 to John and Mary Hearnsberger. Mrs. Baker was the youngest of ten siblings. She is preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Leonard "Red" Baker, her six brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her two children, Robert Baker of Concord, California and Mary Lynn Elledge of Raleigh, N.C.; her three grandchildren, Tony Baker of Santa Monica, Calif., Janna Gouldie of Raleigh, N.C. and Kara Cottrell of Mount Carmel, Tenn. and her eight great-grandchildren. Graveside Service will be 2:00pm, Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Oakland Cemetery, Fordyce, Arkansas. She will be buried next to her beloved husband.
