Betty Jean Miller, 73, North Little Rock, born May 20, 1940, passed away April 19, 2014. She is preceded in death by parents, Joseph Hubert "Andy" Anderson and Ruth Elmo (Donnell) Anderson. Betty is survived by brother, Bob Anderson of Rogers; nieces, Kay Anderson of Corinth, Texas and Lea (Earl) Erby of Pineville, Ark.; nephew, Mark (Karen) Anderson of Rogers, Ark.; five great-nieces, Allison and Sara Erby, Logan Anderson, Blakely and Zoey Luker; and one great-nephew, Aaron Anderson. Betty was the epitome of love in action. She was known for her generous, caring, and forgiving heart, and her motherly and nurturing ways toward others, especially babies and children. She offered us her wonderful wisdom, shared her culinary talents, treated us to her twinkling eyes, and gentle sense of humor. Each one who knew her felt her focused attention, as if she belonged only to them, yet she belonged to us all. Most of all she belonged to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She showed grace and dignity in her final weeks and days in her battle against cancer. She was a role model of strength, patience, and long-suffering, to her last breath. A great void will be left in the lives of all who have been touched by her love. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 26 at 11 a.m., Central Baptist Church, 5200 Fairway NLR, Ark. 72116. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Central Baptist Church of NLR.
