John Cleland Baily

John Cleland Baily, 71 of Heber Springs, Ark., died Friday, Aug. 1, 2014. John was born Jan. 20, 1943 in Pomeroy, Ohio to the late John Thomas Baily and Marcella Cleland Baily. He is also preceded in death by his son, John Coscia Baily. John served in the Army and the Army Reserves. He was owner of several businesses over the years especially in the boating industry in Heber Springs and assisted others in the marketing and retailing of boating enterprises. John found great enjoyment fishing with family and friends. He attended Heber Springs Baptist Church with his wife, Cheryl. John is survived by his wife, Cheryl Coscia Baily; and son, Tony Baily; and two grandchildren, Riley Grace and Elijah John Baily. Services will be held at Heber Springs Baptist Church in Heber Springs, Monday, Aug. 4. Visitation is from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Church with the Memorial Service following.
