Bartis Olice "Bart" Pruitt, 76, of Little Rock, Arkansas, was born February 22, 1938, at Antioch, Arkansas, and he died Sunday, August 10, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Pruitt; daughters, Caroline Schaefer and Angela Pruitt; grandson, Nicholas Schaefer; mother, Lillian Pruitt; brothers, Dewey Pruitt (Barbara) and Charles Pruitt (Jane); sister, Jean Mulholland (Walt); and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, J. C. Pruitt, sister, Sheila Bullock Pruitt, brother, Ronnie Pruitt, and nephew, Jimmy Bearry. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2014, at Antioch Cemetery.
