Harold "Gene" Brown

Harold "Gene" Brown, 80, of Little Rock passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014. He was born September 25, 1933 to the late Glen Victor Brown and Velma Louise Hively Brown. He worked for many years as an industrial electrician and was a United States Marines veteran. He was a member of the Church of Christ and attended Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. Gene is preceded in death by his sons, Gene Patton Brown and Neil Drake Brown; and his brother, Jerry Brown. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Carol Patton Brown of Little Rock; daughter and son-in-law, Caryn Michelle and Keith Smith of Little Rock; two granddaughters, Lindsey Brooke Holbert (Drew) and Erin Bray Rybak (Garrett); two great-grandchildren, Beau Andrew Holbert and Tessa Drew Holbert; sister-in-law, Sharon Counts (Pete); and brother-in-law, Robert Cooper (Cindy).
