Jared Michael Stokes

Jared Michael Stokes, of Russellville, passed from this world on Friday, August 8, 2014 of complications due to a medical condition. Jared was born on July 31, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jared was a devoted husband and father. His greatest joy in this world was his family. Jared was a large man, but his heart was larger still. His exuberant personality was infectious, and he touched the lives of everyone he met. To know Jared was to know fun, laughter, and love. We will miss him immensely, but we know we will be with him again in the kingdom of our Father. He is survived by his wife, Erika Stokes; his three sons, Parker, Connor, and Banner; his parents, Jim and Vicki Stokes of Pottsville, and his siblings, Shari Schempp (Karl), Jacob Stokes, Jeremy Stokes (Kylie) all of Utah. Visitation will take place at Humphrey Funeral Service from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2014.
