Services for Jerry W. Dillard of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be private. Jerry passed away August 9, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 85. He was born October 3, 1928, in Ridgely, Tennessee, the son of John Russell and Maude Guess Dillard. After graduating from Battleground Military Academy in Franklin, Tennessee. he was involved in several careers during his great life. He married Mary Catherine Reed on March 31, 1951. Jerry was a great guy that had a great life. It was a fun ride.
Jerry is survived by his son, J. Wynn Dillard Jr. (Tammy) of Dallas, Teaxas; daughter, Pam Durr (Kenneth) of Mountain Home, Ark. and four grandchildren, Meredith Durr, Russell Durr, Reed Jennings Dillard and Jerry Wynn "J.W." Dillard III. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brother, Hugh Morris Dillard and sister, Yanna Mary Lamb.
