Raymond Louis Beck Jr.

Raymond Louis Beck Jr. 77, of McGehee, Ark. died Thursday Aug. 14, 2014 died at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Ark. He was born in Lake Village, Ark. a son of the late Raymond Louis Beck Sr. and the late Gladys Eubanks Beck. He attended Castle Heights Military Academy, the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and the University of Mississippi. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the Civil Air Patrol. He was also an Eagle Scout. Raymond Louis owned and operated Beck Farms and was the former owner of Caliente Music Inc. in Nashville, Tenn. He also volunteered at the Clinton Presidential Library. Survivors include his son, Raymond Louis Beck III of Harrison, Ark.; daughter, Andrea Beck of Harrison, Ark.; step-daughter, Kathy Cikanek and husband Harry of Harrison, Ark.; grandson, Dallon Beck; step-grandchildren, Carole Salley, Brooke Salley and Witt (Leslie) Salley; step-great-grandchildren, Anslee Hayes, Aiden Ward and Mason Keys. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, Ark. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
