Eva Ann Ross

Eva Ann Ross, age 93, of Searcy, died Saturday, August 16, 2014 in Searcy. She was born December 19, 1920 in Bald Knob to the late Tom and Lucy Ann Newell Bone. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Sue Knight and husband Wayne of Searcy and Donna Edwards of Bald Knob; a brother, Elvin Bone of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Kenny Knight, Monty Thompson and Jeremy Knight; 6 great-grandchildren, Sara, Mason and Emma Thompson, Brantley, Spencer and Catherine Knight. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Ross; siblings, Lowell and Arthur Bone, Irene Holden and Vivan Anderson. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel.
