MAE LENE KING of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014. Mrs. King was a resident at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Reverend Thomas C. King; and one son, Elder Prentice T. King. She's survived by: her two sons, Christopher T. King and David D. King both of Little Rock, Ark.; three daughters, Mablene Offord Phoenix, Ariz., Carolyn Henry Little Rock, Ark., and Rose Woodruff Arlington, Texas. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014, 11 a.m., at Agape Church, 701 Napa Valley Drive, Little Rock, Ark. Family hour will be Friday, Aug. 29, 2014, 6-7 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St., Little Rock, Ark. (501) 372-1305.
