Mitty Jean Billing

Mitty Jean Billing, age 88, of Alexander passed away Sunday August 24, 2014. She was born January 23, 1926 in North Little Rock. Mitty was retired from St. Vincent Medical Center as a seamstress, past volunteer at Southwest Hospital and at Saline Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Collegeville Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Joye Gilliam Fudge, husband, Edward H. "Ted" Billing, son, Larry Billing, two brothers, and step-mom, Wanda Fudge. Survivors, son, Eddie "Gary" Billing and wife Karen, Vilonia; daughter, Carol Trammell and husband Allen, Alexander; daughter-in-law, Judy Billing, Benton; "adoptive" daughter, Paula Robinson Hardin, Alexander; sister, Wanda Bishop, Little Rock; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Family gives special thanks to all employees of Alcoa Pines and Arkansas Hospice for their love and care. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ashby's.
