Patricia Johnson Quickel

Patricia Johnson Quickel, 71, of Star City, died Tuesday at St. Vincent Health System in Little Rock. She was born November 20, 1943 in Humphrey to the late Ollie and Edith Moore Johnson. She was a member of Overcoming Faith Worship Center, was a retired Licensed Dietician and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Also preceding her in death were a sister, Patsy Esquivel; granddaughter, Angie Ratterree and great grandson, Jase Scott. Survivors include her husband, William Quickel of Star City/Reydell; son, Mike Ratterree of Star City; daughter, Kathy (Tracy) Scott of Pine Bluff; stepson, Phillip Quickel of Norman, AR; 3 brothers, Charles (Laverne) Johnson of Humphrey, Donald (Margie) Johnson of Stuttgart and Jim Johnson of Sacramento, Calif.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Griffin Funeral Chapel with Bro. Don Borland and Bro. Bud Calhoun officiating. Visitation is 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial at Butler/Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
