Donald Charles Goebel

Donald Charles Goebel, 79 of Benton, died Sunday December 7 at his home. He was born March16, 1935 in Lincoln, Neb. Until his death, Donald was always surrounded by love from his family and community. He was such a strong and brilliant man, always full of humor and such a hard worker. Donald truly loved his family and the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Marcile Goebel; sons, Bob and Rick Goebel. Donald is survived by his wife, Judy Goebel; daughters, Sherri McDermott and Terri Wise; granddaughters, Ginny Nyberg, Dana Worboys, Jamie Ristaino, Krystal Askew, and Zoe McDermott; grandson, Matthew McDermott; three great grandsons, four great granddaughters. A Celebration of his life will be held by the family on December 10 at 12 noon at New Life Missionary Baptist Church located at 126 West Drive in Benton, Ark.
