Jimmie Leland Mosier, age 61 of Sherwood, passed away December 4, 2014 in North Little Rock, Ark. He was born on August 12, 1953, in Camden, Ark. He was the son of Raymond Eugene Mosier and Rosemary Greening Mosier. Jim was a Computer Guru for Systematics for 36 years. He was a member of First Christian Church/Disciples of Christ and enjoyed Nertz, Science Fiction, Vegas, the Razorbacks, his cats, and his family. He is preceded in death by his parents and his in-laws, CR and Dot Davis. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Mitzi Davis Mosier; daughter, Katelynn Emerson (Dustin); grandsons, Waylon, Wyatt and Cash Emerson; and granddaughter, Norah Emerson of Mayflower; brother, Larry Mosier of Little Rock; brother- in-law, Ronnie Davis and wife Connie of Camden, Ark.; nephew, Jeff and wife Hang of Albany, Calif.; niece, Jinger, and husband James of Stephens, Ark.; niece, Staci and husband Shannon of Camden, Ark.; great-neices and nephews, Kari, Rhiannon, Dylan, Lauren, and Jacob; his beloved cats, Wessa, Cornbread, Buttermilk, Opie, Chip; and grandcat, Miss Mayflower. Visitation will be Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Huson Funeral Chapel in Sherwood, Ark. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Huson Funeral Chapel in Sherwood, Ark. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark. at a later date.
