James L. Guthrie, 70, passed away December 8, 2014. He was one of seven siblings. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Cubian Missile Crisis. He is preceded by his daughter, Sharon Lynn Guthrie. He is survived by his brother, Winston (Judy) Guthrie and many nieces and nephews. The visitation will be Friday, December 12, 2014 from 1 p.m. till service time at 2 p.m. both at the Whitehall Methodist Church in McCrory, Ark. Interment will be in the Whitehall Methodist Cemetery. Services entrusted to Bartlett Funeral Home, Bartlett, Tenn.
