David M. "Spot" Sorensen

David M. "Spot" Sorensen, 58, of Sherwood, died Monday, December 8, 2014. David was an avid fisherman and car enthusiast, having built a 1968 Camaro. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Bettie Sorensen, and a brother, Dale Sorensen. Survivors include his wife, Lynnette Sorenson; a daughter, Michelle Lynn Sorensen; a sister, Judy Bradsher, all of Sherwood; two brothers, Donald Sorensen and wife Allene of Mayflower and Roger Sorensen and wife Maria of Round Rock, Texas. Visitation will be Sunday, December 14, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock. Graveside services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Rest Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michelle Sorensen College Fund at any Centennial Bank location.
