Norma Harmon, 83, of Piggott, Ark. passed away Friday, Dec. 12, 2014. Service are Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014 at 10 a.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Piggott, Ark., with Danny Self and Fred Barker officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery. Visitation begins Tuesday at 6 p.m.
