Henry E. Hamric

Henry E. Hamric, 87, of Hickory Plains, Arkansas, passed away December 14, 2014. He was a retired machine operator for Caterpillar Tractor Co., Joliet, Illinois, and he served in the Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Martha Jean Hamric; five children, Tom (Kathy) Hamric, Pat (George) Nugent, Joy (David) Tinsley, and Judy (Dennis) Neuhauser, all of Illinois, and JoAnne (Bobby) Jewell of Tucson, Arizona; ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren, all of whom he loved very much; three brothers, Kenneth and John of Texas and Bernard of Cabot; and one sister, Catherine of Illinois. Henry was preceded in death by his mother, Veda and father Harvey Hamric; two brothers, Harvey and Orville Hamric; and three sisters, Naomi Coyle, Beatrice Ludescher and Fern Clark. Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2014, at Smith – Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, with funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Hickory Plains Cemetery.
