W.F. "Dub" Smart, 92, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, December 13. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 18, at 1 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
