Mrs. Irma A. Sawyer Bolin, 92, of Crossett, died Monday, December 15, 2014. Mrs. Bolin was a native of the Milo Community outside of Hamburg and a resident of Crossett for the past 58 years. She was a homemaker and she worked for Tom Norsworthy at the Dollar Store. She was a member of Cloverdale Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, quilting and working with her husband in their hobby shop. She is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Willie Mart "Doc" Bolin in 2010; a son, William Dale Bolin earlier this year; a daughter-in-law, Betty LaFran Bolin in 1999; a son-in-law, Bobby Ray in 2010; her parents, John Morgan & Mary E. Bellot Sawyer; six sisters, Allie Ree Sawyer Pennington Griffin, Nona Bell Sawyer Withers, Ellena Sawyer Bolin, Era Sawyer White, Jamia Lois Sawyer and Sallie Mae Sawyer White and two brothers, J.M. (Johnny) Sawyer and Orvis A. Sawyer. She is survived by two sons, Jerry G. Bolin and wife, Virginia, of Morrilton and Johnnie M. Bolin of Crossett; two daughters, Jewel Remona Bolin Ray of Crossett and Mary Kathryn Bolin Storset of Port Orchard, Washington; a daughter-in-law, Ann Bolin; a sister, Ruth Sawyer Bolin and a sister-in-law, Zoe Ann Sawyer all of Crossett; six grandchildren, Michael Ray and wife, Rebecca, of Crossett, Barbie Ray Nichols and husband, Alan, of Stonewall, Louisiana, Stephen Bolin and wife, Rhonda, of Crossett, Melissa Gayle Bolin McPherson of Texarkana, Texas, Vickie Bolin Cupp and husband, Les, of Morrilton and Lana Paige Bolin and husband, Brian, of Crossett; 12 great-grandchildren, Logan Ray, Lawson Ray, Drew Ray, Avery Ray, Dax Colby Bolin, John Marshal McPherson, Carter McPherson, Alek Storset, Isaiah Suko, Rachelle Suko, Levi Suko and Les Cupp III and three great-great-grandchildren, Louden Cupp, Finley Cupp and May Lee Bolin. Funeral services are 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church with Johnnie Bolin, Jerry Bolin and Bro. Jason Bates officiating. Burial will be in the Eden Cemetery. Pallbearers are Michael Ray, Logan Ray, Andrew Ray, Marshal McPherson, Stephen Bolin, Brian Bolin, Dax Bolin and Les Cupp. Honorary pallbearers are Virginia Morgan, Brenda Neal, Carolyn Fielder, Mary Sharpe and Jeannie K. Manning. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Eden Cemetery Association, c/o Mr. Jerry Stanley, 747 HWY. 8 W, Hamburg, Ark. 71646.
