Mr. Roosevelt "Tony" Block, 72, of Little Rock, Ark. passed on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at his home. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Joan, and his four children; Jonie Block, Carmen Fletcher, Tonni Grant, Tyra Block; eight grandchildren; brother Izell Block (Allie); sister Lenora (Henry) Whitehead; host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
