Kenneth Dale Moncrief

Kenneth Dale Moncrief, 67, of Austin died Tuesday, December 23, 2014. He was born February 15, 1947 in Cold Water, Mississippi to the late James Hubert and Clara Moncrief. Mr. Moncrief served his country in the United States Air Force for 23 years working in accounting and budgeting, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. He worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs in claims adjudication for 15 years following his military service. In addition to his parents, Mr. Moncrief was preceded in death by his brother, Sammy Moncrief. Mr. Moncrief is survived by his wife, Judith Ann Moody Moncrief; his daughters, Leslie Smith (Doug), Sandra Moncrief (Chris Vinson) and Kimberly Nash (Mike); his sister, Shirley Ruth Moncrief; his grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Matthew Smith and Brooklyn Nash as well as a great aunt, Gladys Mayoza.
