JOSHUA MINOR, 38, Little Rock, born Jan. 25, 1976, passed away Dec. 16, 2014. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lisa Minor; maternal grandparents, Reuben and Betty Jo Chapman; paternal grandfather, Donald Minor and uncle, Ray Minor. Joshua is survived by his father, Victor Minor; grandmother, Ellen Minor; siblings, Donald Minor and wife, Samantha; Tori Minor and Jacob Minor.
