Frances Marie Fisher

Frances Marie Fisher, 71, of Des Arc died Saturday at her home. She was born October 14, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri to Orville and Amie (Jackson) Owens. Survivors include five daughters, Karie Van Houten, Debbie Beachler, Kellie Treadway, Michele Red, Amy Fisher, four sons, Kenneth Van Houten, Shawn Fisher, Chris Fisher, David Fisher, 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and ex-husband, Kenneth (Bumpin) Van Houten. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roy Fisher, two brothers, George Owens, Orville Owens, two sisters, Modena Owens, Genevia Owens. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Garth Funeral Home. A memorial service will be announced at a later date by Garth Funeral Home.
