William (Frank) Fisher

William (Frank) Fisher passed over Sunday, February 9, 2014, in his home in Milton, Florida surrounded by family. Frank was a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and had been a resident of Milton since 1961. Frank served his country in, and retired from, the United States Navy. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Lee William and Dixie Eunice Fisher. He is survived by his sister, Sylvia Watson of Benton, Arkansas, his wife Joyce and their five children, and 14 grandchildren.
