Jonathan "Jay Tee" William Talley, 21, of Little Rock, passed away Monday, February 10, 2014. He leaves to cherish his memory; mother, Renette Khabeer; stepfather, Frederick Moore III; brothers, Xavier Talley, Frederick and Elijah Moore; grandparents, Ronald (Essie) Talley Sr., and Maida Balfour-Harris; great-grandfather, Napoleon Talley; special friend, Jasmine Banks, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, 11 a.m. at Gaines Street Baptist Church, 1601 South Gaines Street. The family will receive friends today from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
