Helen Azlin

Helen Turnbow Azlin, 90, of Pine Bluff, died Thursday, February 13, 2014. She was born April 29, 1923 in Hohenwald, Tennessee, daughter of Robert and Anita Lee Hensley Turnbow. Mrs. Azlin was reared and received her early education in Tennessee. She worked for Anders Grocery for many years in the meat department. Mrs. Azlin was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Azlin; son, Henry DeWayne Azlin; five brothers, Mack, Felix, Burgess, James and Joe Turnbow; sister, Inez Cantwell; and her parents. Survivors include her brother, Robert L. Turnbow of Dyersburg, Tennessee; sister, Betty Chilcutt of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Monday, February 17, 2014 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Brother Greg Mattox officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
