Everett Wayne Ratliff

EVERETT WAYNE RATLIFF, 63 of Little Rock, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2014. Wayne was born Aug. 29, 1950 in Sheridan to Vera (Broach) Ratliff and the late Russell Melvin Ratliff Sr. He is also preceded in death by sisters, Rebecca Free and Deborah Richards; and brother-in-law, Danny Griffin. Wayne enjoyed working with his hands, and he built many grand structures in Colorado and Florida. He spent six years working for a government contractor in Iraq. He was a great guy who will be missed by family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Pearlita Ratliff and her children and grandchildren; mother, Vera Ratliff; children, Nick and Aaron Ratliff; siblings, Russell "Mel" Ratliff Jr. (Vickie), Patricia Griffin, David Ratliff (Lou Ann), and Mark Ratliff (Yolanda). Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014 at Sandstone Drive Church of Christ, with the funeral to begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt.
