Lisa Kay (Wallace) Seufer was the 4th of five children born to Doyle H. Wallace and Nelda Ruth Whalen Wallace Fuller on December 5, 1958 in Searcy, Arkansas. She graduated from Captain Shreve High School, earned her nursing credentials, and, shortly after, enlisted into the Navy. Lisa was a lover of people who made friends effortlessly and genuinely no matter the circumstance. She radiated goodness to all who knew her and her kindness never found its limit. She loved without judgement and gave whatever she had to anyone in need. She was very close to her family and her family loved her dearly. Lisa's signature look was her short cropped dark hair (never dyed!!) and richly tanned skin in a long, sleeveless summer dress. She exuded joy, fun and spontaniety and loved the sun, the sand, and the ocean; particularly the ocean they experienced during her husband, Mark Seufer's tour of duty in Guam. Lisa's true love, however, was her beautiful daughter, Olivia Claire, who was born while her parents were stationed in Pensacola, Florida. Olivia eventually followed the footsteps of both of her parents and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 2011 where she met and married her husband, Jordan Culleton. They are both currently stationed at Lakenheath AFB, England. Lisa is survived by Olivia and Jordan; her parents, Doyle and Betty Wallace and Nelda Fuller; her sisters and brother and their spouses/partners/friends, Terri and Paul Miller, Kim Wallace and Kellie Acosta, and Mike Wallace and Sue Poff. She is also survived by nephew, Jason Wallace Langston; nieces, Amanda and Amelia Miller and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Allen Wallace; grandparents, Chester and Edith Wallace and Tony and Ruth Whalen and step-father, Roy Fuller. We would like to extend special thanks to Lisa's extended family at Human Resources of Arkansas in Batesville where she resided. Her family has always appreciated the kindness and generosity Lisa experienced in their care. Memorials may be directed to the charity of your choice or to Human Resources of Arkansas, 1355 East Main Street, Batesville, Arkansas 72501. Lisa's memorial service will be held at the Worden Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with her Pastor, Rev. Bob Dailey of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Batesville officiating. Family visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
